Questions practices ask
What counts as a case?
One patient, both arches: all the planned trays, the attachment templates and one set of retainers. A dual-arch case costs £649 on Pay as you go, £549 on Practice and agreed with you on Group & White label. A single-arch case costs 70% of the dual-arch fee, rounded down to the pound: £454 on Pay as you go, £384 on Practice and agreed with you on Group & White label.
When are we charged for a case?
When your practice accepts the case’s treatment plan. A plan you decline is never charged. A refinement costs £149 on Pay as you go; on Practice the first refinement of each case is free, then £149.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, and no need for one: Pay as you go costs £0 a month, so you pay only when you accept a case’s treatment plan. No card needed until your first approved plan.
How do we move between plans?
Your practice administrator requests the change from your Alyner account, under Plan & billing. An upgrade applies its lower case rate from the day it’s confirmed. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the month.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. Monthly plans roll on month to month and you can cancel any time. There’s no minimum number of cases.
Do the prices include VAT?
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Our plans are for practices in the UK for now.
How is Group & White label priced?
Its monthly price and case fees are agreed with each group. Talk to us and we’ll put a price together for your practices.
