Clinical safety first
Nothing ships that lets software make a decision a clinician should make. We say no to features on this basis, and we would rather lose the deal.
Small team, real ownership
You will own a surface end to end, not a ticket queue. That includes talking to the practices using it.
Remote-friendly, UK-based
Most of the team is in the UK. We meet in London monthly. Patient data residency means some work is UK-only by law.

How we interview. A conversation, a short paid work sample, and a session with the team you would join. No whiteboard puzzles, no take-home that eats a weekend. We tell you where you stand after each stage.
